General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern all offers, services, and products booked or purchased via my website www.susanne-christensen.com. This includes individual sessions, packages, couples sessions, online offers, and – where applicable – digital and physical products from my shop.

1. Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all contractual relationships entered into between you (as client/customer) and me. By booking a session and/or purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these GTC.

2. Sessions and Packages

Sessions are provided by prior appointment and take place either online or in person.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

• Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• In the event of cancellation within 24 hours or non-attendance (“no-show”), the full fee will be charged.
• Packages are personal and non-transferable.

3. Digital Content (e.g., meditations, PDFs, audio)

• Digital products are made available immediately after payment, either by download or access link.
• By purchasing, you expressly agree that performance begins immediately.
• Once access has been granted or the download has started, a right of withdrawal and/or refund is excluded.

4. Prices and Payment

• All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
• Payment is made using the methods offered on the website (e.g., TWINT, cash payment, bank transfer, Paypal).
• Services and digital products are generally payable in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Liability and Personal Responsibility

My services are intended to support personal development, stabilisation, and self-regulation. They do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment and do not replace diagnosis or treatment by licensed professionals.

Participation is voluntary and takes place under your own responsibility. I assume no liability for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from sessions or from the use of any content provided.

If you are currently receiving medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, you are responsible for clarifying with your treating professional whether additional supportive coaching is appropriate.

In acute crisis situations (e.g., suicidal thoughts, risk of harm to yourself or others, psychotic symptoms), please seek professional help immediately:
Switzerland: 112 (general emergency), 144 (ambulance/medical emergency), 117 (police), 118 (fire service).
EU/Europe: 112 (single European emergency number).
For confidential emotional support (CH/FL): 143 (Die Dargebotene Hand); for children and young people: 147 (Pro Juventute).

6. Data Protection

Protecting your personal data is important to me. Your personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of handling bookings, purchases, and communication with you. Further details are provided in my Privacy Policy.

7. Copyright

All content on this website (including texts, images, audio, PDFs, and other materials) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without my explicit prior written consent is prohibited. The content is provided for private, personal use only.

8. Amendments

I reserve the right to amend content, prices, and these GTC at any time. The version currently published on my website shall apply.

9. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

These GTC and all related legal relationships are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Horgen ZH, Switzerland (principal place of business).
